At St Mary's, we firmly believe that all children have the right to an education that has high expectations, fulfils their needs and enables them to reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment for learning. We believe quality first teaching gives every child the life chances they deserve and we work hard to provide a caring, stimulating and inclusive environment in which they can flourish.
We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school, creating a sense of community and belonging which values the abilities and achievements of all of our pupils and which is based upon the school’s visions and values.
St Mary's C of E promotes and creates a caring and positive environment that allows all children to develop physically, educationally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
Not all children will need extra support with their learning but the progress of all children at St Mary's is monitored closely to ensure support is provided where necessary and that early identification enables children to make the best possible progress.
